Search Engine Market Shares
Here is something that everyone already knows... Google rules the world. But here is a little search engine market share chart from hitslink that surprised me (Click on the Image to see the source page marketshare.hitslink.com):
Google controls 81.38% of the search engine market. That is absurd, and it is wonderful news for SEOs around the world. It basically means that if you optimize your website for Google, your SEO work is done. Imagine how horrible it would be if there was an even split between three different search engines? You would have to run three different ad campaigns to get as much ad exposure as google gives you, and focusing on the differences in the algorithms would be much more important. I for one am happy that Google is there. Learn to do SEO that makes them happy, and you will be too!

Google says content is king, so MAKE SURE YOUR CONTENT IS YOUR FOCUS!
